About the Newsletter
The Hazmat News Network is a monthly publication for the sole purpose of providing free, condensed and informative information concerning the packaging, transportation and management of hazardous materials and wastes. And yes, you read right…it’s FREE! It always has been and always will be FREE. The newsletter began in November 1995 with about 200 readers. Today, we distribute to over 2000 readers and our distribution grows each month. Our only advertising is “word-of-mouth.”
Each month the Newsletter provides the reader with the DOT hazardous materials and RSPA hazardous waste final rule docket actions occurring since the previous newsletter. We also discuss complex compliance issues, provide heads-up concerning regulatory interpretations and potential operational impacts, and provide a list of our upcoming workshops and seminars.
